MyLiveSearch..Real or...?

I signed up for mylivesearch (http://www.mylivesearch.com/ ) following techcrunch news break..I got the following mail..

Hi guys,without having done anything, I have been unsubscribed from the beta mailinglist, so I'm a bit confused about how this is supposed to work!

i keep getting the below email(got four times)..which almost seems like a spam..
